We cooked flæskesteg with potatos and red cabbage -- actually Soren cooked it and Chi Ho cut it. It's a traditional Danish dish, translated pork roast, usually served in winter. But it was delicious even for August! It was a fancy dinner, in a wonderful atmosphere, with fun talkative people at times talking in Chinese, Danish and English.. what a mixture! :)
